What HomeHyve is

HomeHyve (homehyve.app) is a free private dashboard for homeowners and future homeowners, provided in partnership with licensed mortgage professionals. It is not a lender, does not make loans or credit decisions, and everything shown in the app is educational information — not financial advice, an appraisal, a rate quote, or a commitment to lend.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials private. Accounts that provide false contact information may be removed. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@homehyve.app.

Text messaging program terms

By creating a HomeHyve account and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from HomeHyve and your loan officer team, including account verification codes, replies to questions you ask, scheduling messages, and occasional educational updates about your homeownership picture.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages, or HELP for assistance. You can also email info@homehyve.app for support. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see the Privacy Policy below for full details.

Estimates and market data

Home values, equity figures, payment scenarios, and market readings are automated estimates built from public data sources. They are educational starting points, not appraisals or offers. Always confirm real numbers with your loan officer team before making decisions.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempting to access other members' data, no automated scraping, and no using the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Privacy Policy

This section explains what information HomeHyve collects, how it is used, and what we never do with it.

Protected info

Everything you do in HomeHyve travels over an encrypted SSL (HTTPS) connection, and your passwords are stored only in hashed form — never as plain text. Your personal dashboard is private to you and the licensed team supporting it.

What we collect

The answers you give inside the app: whether you own or rent, your home address and ZIP code, purchase price, mortgage rate, term, first payment month, insurance, property tax, PMI, monthly rent, income, and your homeownership goals. We also keep the standard technical basics (IP address and browser type) for security and spam protection.

How it's used

Your answers power your own dashboard — your home value estimate, payment picture, equity, and goal tracking — and are visible to your loan officer team so they can advise you. Market figures shown in the app come from public sources (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. Treasury, Freddie Mac, Polymarket, and Redfin market data) and are estimates, not appraisals.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Access to your dashboard is limited to you and your loan officer team. Keep your login credentials private.

Text messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

HomeHyve is free to share. When you invite friends or family, they get their own private HomeHyve profile — sharing never shows anyone your dashboard or your information.
